Safety in all work spaces is of critical importance to every operation at Triangle Electric Company. The company Safe Practices Manual is given to all employees and details the responsibilities and general rules of safety.  Job specific safety training is also provided, which can include the MUST program: Management and Unions Serving Together. The MUST program encompasses all aspects of safety through training modules on practices and compliance to ensure all jobs are done with quality and care in mind. In addition to local training, supervisors attend safety-specific conferences through the Federated Electrical Contractors, in order to stay up to date on best practices in the industry as they are developing.
